Hermes AI is an educational market-analysis tool. It presents a 0–100 reading indicating how cheap or expensive an asset appears based on historical price position and fundamentals. It does not place trades, hold funds, or act as a broker.
Nothing in the app is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset. Readings are informational and may be wrong. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. We are not licensed financial advisors. Past performance and any backtested or "verified" figures do not guarantee future results.
The Trading Lab uses virtual money only. No real funds are involved. Any leaderboard, ranking, certificate, or prize is a skill-based promotion governed by separate official rules; no purchase is necessary to enter where prohibited, and eligibility may be restricted by region.
Some features may require a paid subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Price, billing period, and any free-trial or introductory terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your store account settings.
Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not warrant its accuracy or timeliness.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its readings.
